Roast Beef Sliders are the perfect party food! With little effort, they taste amazing and they’re so easy!
We’ve nicknamed them “Super Sliders”, because we think they’re that good! The sauce for this recipe easily works with two pans of these little roast beef sliders, so you might as well make two batches! If you need a good go to crowd pleaser these little sandwiches are the way to go! When baked in the oven, the sauce creates the most delicious crust on the bottom of the bun. If you’re not a big fan of roast beef, don’t miss these Ham and Cheese Sliders. They’re just as good!
What you will need to make Roast Beef Sliders:
- 1 bag rolls (can use Hawaiian rolls)
- 2 packages sliced roast beef
- 1 package sliced swiss cheese
For the sauce:
- 1 stick melted butter
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
How to make Roast Beef Sliders:
- Preheat the oven to 350. Place into a greased 9×13 pan making room for 12 sliders.
- Cut all the rolls in half and add one piece of roast beef folded in half and one piece of Swiss cheese into each roll.
- Melt the butter. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Brush the sauce mixture onto the tops of the rolls.
- Cover pans with tinfoil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
How to store Roast Beef Sliders:
If you are lucky to have any of these tiny sandwiches leftover, to store these sliders, keep them in the pans they were baked in and cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, or transfer to an airtight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days!
