We love garlic bread as a side on Italian night, and this homemade garlic butter is so easy to whip up to spread on french bread.
We love this garlic butter recipe because not only is it great on french bread, but it’s also great on seafood, chicken, steak and pizza too! Once you see how easy it is to make, inexpensive, and better for you (for butter) than the kind you can buy at the store, you’ll never go back!
Garlic Bread is a must with spaghetti, and we love it with our baked spaghetti and meatballs or our spinach cheese shells.

Can you freeze homemade garlic butter?
Yes, garlic butter freezes great just like regular butter. This recipe makes a little more than a cup, so we like to freeze it in about 1/4 cup portions for easy usage and quicker thawing. You can also freeze it in smaller amounts in an ice cube tray or even just plastic wrap. Once frozen move them all to a freezer safe ziplock bag.
