How long does Pico De Gallo last?
Fresh pico de gallo can last in your fridge for up to a week and a half. Uncut fresh tomatoes are best stored at room temperature, but once cut and tossed with all these ingredients, they can last for a week and a half in the fridge.
Can pico de gallo be frozen?
No…the texture of the tomatoes will change in the freezer. The flavor will still be good, but the tomatoes will be really soft and mushy. It’s best to not freeze it. You can make this recipe a few days ahead if time is an issue. just make sure to store it in the fridge.
