Celebrate Sweet 16 with a customized Italian Soda Bar Drink Menu.
My oldest…my daughter Avery had a big birthday last week…Sweet 16! We had a fun day celebrating her, and I wanted to share some of the details with you. First up…we hosted her cheer team over the night of her birthday and we made this fun Drink Menu to celebrate her turning Sweet 16. We love to do an Italian Soda Bar at parties, and this fun drink menu was a hit with her friends. We were crackin’ up trying to come up with the names for the drink mixtures.
I have a full post on what you need for an At Home Italian Soda Bar. It’s always a big hit with kids and adults. We also made pizookies for dessert. It was a sugar filled night. Ha!
It really doesn’t take much to make it feel like a party. These fun balloons really set the stage. These smaller mylar number balloons are such a great less expensive option compared to the larger mylar number balloons, and I love that the small mylar balloons do not require helium and they are reusable too!
Every morning, Avery has to be to school super early to practice with her team, so we thought it would be fun to bring in breakfast. We brought our favorite family breakfast Sticky Ring and Hash a.k.a Monkey Bread + fruit and juice…to her whole team. It is such a great way to feed a crowd.
We brought it all into the school…table, tablecloth, balloons…all of it. The best part is how thankful (and HUNGRY) her team was. It was so fun to do it for them, because they have been working so hard and they really appreciated it.
Such a big milestone birthday for our girl…16!! Dating and driving! I’m sooo not ready for all of this! We are so proud of our girl and the beautiful (inside and out) young lady she is becoming.
In keeping with tradition, we took a little photo in her 16 number birthday hat. She’s a trooper to let me document the years this way.
Happiest Birthday to our girl!
Do you have a big birthday to celebrate with your family or friends this year too?
