It’s the best time of the year…time for this year’s list of Favorite Things!
Every year my friend Melissa over at 320 Sycamore hosts this Favorite Things Blog Hop and every year I just love seeing what everyone shares. It’s a fun tradition and a great way to get gift ideas for Christmas. Here’s a peek at my favorite things list from 2015.
This year’s list includes long time favorites and some new, this year favorites. I’d love to hear from you in the comments. Is there something on this list that you also love? Or if you have something that you found this year that you have just loved, I’d love to hear!
Favorite Kitchen Gadgets:
These are a few of my new favorite kitchen gadgets. I will always love my big ones, like our Blendtec Blender, Kitchenaid Mixer, and our food processor, but these are a few of my new favorites this year.
1.Handheld Ceramic Mandolin:I know I’ve mentioned this one before, but I love this mandolin for so many recipes.
2.Milk Boss Milk Frother: This is so fun for frothing milk for steamers, and other drinks. It’s such a cool little blender.
3.Instant Read Meat Thermometer: when it comes to cooking meat, this thermometer is a must! I love how fast it reads.
Favorite Bath and Beauty Products:
1.Waterpik Water Flosser: this has been a new favorite at our house. I love it for my son who has braces, it’s great for good oral health.
2.Oscar Blondi Pronto Dry Shampoo: we love this non-spray dry shampoo. It’s great for just a little touch up here and there.
3.Bath & Body: Bubble Bath in the SLEEP scent: the scent of this bubble bath will always be a favorite. It’s so relaxing.
Favorite Paper Products:
I am a paper girl. I will always love all things paper…from making cards, banners and gift tags. There’s so many fun things to make with cute paper. We are just getting into bullet journaling. Here are some of my favorite bullet journal tools and paper tools:
1.Mini Guillotine Paper Trimmer: just like a big guillotine trimmer only small for small paper projects. Guillotine paper trimmers are awesome because they stay sharp for a long time.
2.Stainless Steel Bullet Journal Stencil: There are so many cool things that people are doing with bullet journals, and stencils like this are such a great help.
3.Helix Circle Maker: make perfect circles with this cool tool.
A few More Favorites:
1.Peanut Butter Pillows Candy: I love these golden peanut butter candies, they’re so good! You usually buy them at Cracker Barrel restaurants, but you can also buy them on Amazon…yay!
2.Charcoal Air Purifying Bags: these charcoal bags are awesome for a coat closet where your coat might smell of Italian Food from eating out, or they are great to slip into stinky running shoes…they work really well.
3.Big Silicon Mat for baking and rolling dough: I bought this mat this year and I love it! It’s awesome for pie crusts and making my favorite cinnamon rolls (the best!)
Thanks Melissa for organizing this fun blog hop! Now I get to send you onto my friend Brooke Romney for her favorite things! Enjoy!
