Frozen Raspberry Dessert is such a fun Summer Dessert.
It’s getting warmer people! I’m so ready to be spending more time outside and see my neighbors again! It’s like we all hibernate in the winter, and when Spring rolls around again, it’s so fun to see everyone outside. This warmer weather has me craving cool treats. In all honesty, we eat ice cream year round at our house (you guys too?!), so maybe the weather has nothing to do with it. Anywho…who’s ready for a semi-homemade ice cream dessert that’s so easy to whip up? My friend recently shared this simple recipe with me and I was in love! This frozen raspberry dessert is so creamy and tropical. It’s also great for serving a crowd!

Mixing ingredients for Frozen Raspberry Dessert:
Here’s a little collage I snapped late at night. All the ingredients ready to be mixed together on the left and then the photo on the right is what it looks like once it’s all mixed together. You’ll want to do this the night before to let it all freeze back up.
When to serve Frozen Raspberry Dessert:
This delicious raspberry dessert is perfect for a hot day, but will honestly taste great any day! It’s also packed with fruit and a better option for your kids than most sugary treats. Also… Don’t miss this other recipe for a delicious classic: sparkling raspberry sherbet punch. Perfect for showers and big family gatherings.
