Gluten Free Spaghetti and Meatballs are a must for little eaters who need to go gluten free and are sad to give up their favorite foods.
Back in 2014 our family went gluten free for a short time due to food sensitivities. As hard as that time was when it came to meal planning, I learned so much and tried so many new things. It really helped my confidence in the kitchen. I also loved making classic recipes I knew my family would love in a gluten free way. I still love these recipes and some of them now are my go to recipes. Something like gluten free spaghetti and meatballs is one that you wouldn’t even know it’s gluten free with the great selection of gluten free pastas there are in the stores now.

Breadcrumb replacement for gluten free meatballs:
To keep this recipe gluten free friendly we replace breadcrumbs with gluten free oats. We prefer to create a flour consistency by adding them to your food processor or blender and grinding them up!
Why brown the meatballs before baking?
Pan searing the meatballs before baking them creates a delicious flavor and texture, while also making sure that they get cooked all the way through.
What to serve with Gluten Free Spaghetti and Meatballs:
Here are some side suggestions that will pair well with Gluten Free Spaghetti and Meatballs:
