How to make Ham Rolls:
Grind your meat and form: To make the ground ham, you can use your Kitchen Aid meat grinder attachment for this if you’d like, you can also ask your local meat department to grind it for you. For the Glaze:
Mix glaze: Mix all the glaze ingredients together and pour over the ham rolls.
Bake and baste: Bake at 350’ for 1 hour. Baste a few times during the cooking time pulling the sauce from the pan and drizzle it over the ham rolls.
Serve: Serves 6-8 depending on size of the little meat loaves that you make.
How to store Ham Rolls:
These also make the BEST leftovers…great in sandwiches with mustard the next day. If you’re lucky enough to have any leftover, keep them stored in the fridge for up to 5 days!
Sauce for Ham Rolls:
The sauce for these Ham Rolls makes them! It’s both sweet and tangy and the perfect compliment to the flavors of ham. You will baste the ham rolls with this sauce. As they bake, you periodically open the oven to baste them, pulling the sauce from the pan to drizzle over the top of each one.
Grinding your ham:
If you have a Kitchen Aid grinder attachment, you can use that to grind your ham. If not, just ask your local meat department to do it for you!
