Can you make an angel food cake using a bundt pan?
No, a tube pan with a removable bottom is preferred. The cake batter should fill the pan about two-thirds full. It’s also important not to grease the pan. You will not get as much rise if the pan is greased.
We recently made this recipe into a cake roll. If you’ve never made a cake roll, it is super easy. Follow the directions here to make a cake roll.
