Peach Caprese Salad with a homemade balsamic glaze is the perfect Summer Appetizer!
It’s the end of Summer and the fresh produce right now is the best. We could pretty much live on just the tomatoes fresh from our garden. Today we’re putting a new spin on our favorite caprese salad and swapping fresh peaches for the usual tomatoes for a delicious appetizer. You really can’t go wrong with this salad anyway you mix it up. The stars will always be the fresh fruit. If you’ve never made a balsamic glaze at home, you must! We made a fun recipe video to show you how easy it is to make.
We’re pretty much crazy for this balsamic glaze, it’s our favorite condiment! You’ll want to pour it on everything from fresh berries to bagels. It makes everything delicious, from cheese to mashed potatoes to eggs and even ice cream(!!), it’s the best!
If you love to stick with the classic tomato basil caprese salad, try swapping regular mozzarella cheese with burrata. It’s like mozzarella’s more decadent cousin. It’s the most creamy! Trader Joes carries it in a pack of two.
Just give it a drizzle of EVOO, a sprinkle of S&P and the homemade balsamic glaze. It’s heavenly!
Watch to see just how easy it is to make a balsamic glaze at home!
