Easy pull apart pizza bread; the perfect quick and easy meal.
Pizza is a family favorite especially on those nights where you don’t have much time to cook because of a busy day. Instead of picking up the phone and ordering a pizza try this easy pull a-part pizza bread. It is such a fun way to enjoy the flavors of pizza and have dinner ready in about 30 minutes. It’s also is a great appetizer too if you are in need of one for your next gathering.
What Is Needed To Make Pull A Part Pizza Bread:
- 2 cans Grand biscuits or pizza dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1- 8oz. package pepperoni
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make Pull A Part Pizza Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut pizza dough, mozzarella and pepperoni into quarters.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the olive oil so that they are coated well with the oil and the seasonings.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and check for doneness. If not fully baked in the center put it back into the oven for 5-10+ more minutes.
- When done flip it over onto a plate while it is still hot from the oven.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce, like our homemade marinara sauce
Topping Variations:
If you are looking for other toppings other than pepperoni you can try these:
- bacon
- sausage
- olives
- ham
- pineapple
- tomato
- peppers
- mushrooms
- spinach
Please keep in mind that you can use any topping that your family loves. Just keep in mind that you will want to limit the toppings that are high in moisture content to about 1/2 cup to prevent your dough from becoming soggy.
Dough Variations:
To make this recipe you can use pre-made dough such as:
- canned biscuits
- pre-made canned pizza dough
If you have a dough you like that you make from scratch then feel free to use that, especially if you have some already pre made and frozen in your freezer. You can also use a fresh pre made store bought dough that comes in a bag.
What If I Don’t Have A Bundt Pan:
If you do not have a bundt pan you can still make this recipe. You can use a 9×13 dish. You would want to spread your mixture into your dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray and bake for about 15-30 minutes depending on your dish and oven. Before baking you can also top your mixture with some extra cheese and pepperoni or topping of choice and then bake.
Can I Make It Ahead Of Time:
You can bake this recipe ahead of time and when you are ready to serve you can reheat it for a few minutes. I would not recommend preparing the mixture ahead of time and storing it in the fridge overnight because the texture of dough becomes weird. If you are going to make ahead then baking and reheating is best.
