I’m not quite ready for my favorite holiday to be over yet, so I hope you don’t mind if I relive it here. It’s sort of a tradition that I share our 4th of July photos here every year, and I can’t mess with tradition!
Here’s our 4th of July pictures from this year. It rained all night the night before the 4th, so our tradition of waking up early to see all the hot air balloons didn’t happen, but everything else sure did, and it turned out to be a fun day!
Oh the parade…the truth is, if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all, but we go for the kids. They love it, and I love that they love our family traditions.
I always get a little emotional on the 4th. Even something like a fire truck can do it to me. I truly am so thankful and proud to be an American. One of the reasons I love our traditions, a chance to feel the pride, feel patriotic. I love it.
All the cute cousins on the parade route. Our kids are so lucky to grow up with most of their cousins. Some of their best friends.
A parade highlight: watching Cosmo (the BYU mascot) dunk the ball.
Kyle and I (heart)
I LOVED these HS band uniforms! Very cool! Probably hot for them, but so uniformly cool!
Cousins.
Sweet Sibs.
Waiting for Fireworks. I love that these kids will remember their Dads playing with them.
Our family. I’m crazy about the new Rhonna Designs App for the iPhone! Have you tried it out yet?! It’s so fun! I edited this picture using it. I added the frame, the fun text and the designs…Rhonna’s Designs! (Love her!)
More cousin fun waiting for Fireworks.
Stadium of Fire fireworks are the best.
That’s it! It was such a fun day spending time with family and friends. This picture was also edited with the new Rhonna Designs App and an app called fuzel that made this fun honeycomb design collage.
Ahhh…my favorite holiday…until next year.
