These Tortilla Rollups make the best no cook appetizer.
Easy No Cook Tortilla Rollups
You gotta love an easy appetizer you can make ahead that can chill in the fridge until you need it. These Tortilla Rollups make such a great party appetizer that can be served cold or at room temperature. I brought these to our little Super Bowl party earlier this year, and they are always a big hit! They would be fun for a Cinco De Mayo fiesta too!
What you need to make tortilla rollups:
- 8-10 soft flour tortillas cooked
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 small can chopped olives
- 1 small can green chiles chopped
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing powder
How to make tortilla rollups:
- In a bowl with a hand mixture blend together all the ingredients except for the tortillas.
- Spread the mixture onto the soft tortillas. Roll each tortilla up. Repeat this step of spreading the mixture and rolling the tortillas up until you run out of tortillas or you run out of the cream cheese mixture. Place all rolled tortillas onto a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill in the fridge for a few hours or preferably overnight to let the flavors blend together and help the rolled tortilla hold its shape.
- When ready to serve, slice the tortillas into 1 inch slices and add the sliced rounds to your serving dish. (You can place the tortilla ends onto a separate plate and snack on them as you work.)
- Serve these tortilla rollups with your favorite salsa to dip. Enjoy!
