If you’ve ever eaten at Bajio, then you know how good the Green Chile Sweet Rice is.
It’s served on the green chile chicken salad.
To make it, you’ll need to first make the green chili chutney.
Depending on the serving size you make, you will mix in the green chili chutney into cooked white rice. I love my rice steamer for making the perfectly steamed rice.
Here’s the ratio: Mix in 1 cup of the green chili chutney to 3 cups of cooked white rice. You can always add more of the chutney depending on your taste.
